Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads. Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries with professionalism. Explain products/services, offers, and processes clearly to clients. Maintain and update customer records in the system. Schedule appointments and pass qualified leads to the sales team. Follow communication scripts and maintain call quality. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Requirements: Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service/sales role. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. Polite, confident, and target-oriented personality. 12th pass or graduate preferred.
